COMMISSION TOS

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

1. I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. Refunds will not be given unless I cannot complete your order for any reason.
3. Payment plans are accepted on a case by case basis. I must receive full payment before I can begin work.
4. Prices are non-negotiable. I may sometimes give small discounts if I resonate with the concept, but please do not ask.
5. Commissions are often finished 1-3 days after payment; however, I often give a time frame of 1-2 weeks as my full-time job may require my attention.
6. You will receive 1-2 WIP sketches for approval. Please make any change requests at this time.
7. Commissions are started in the order in which they are received. See my Trello to find out where you are in the queue.
8. Do not distribute commissioned art for profit, or claim the drawing as your own. Do not sell my art as an NFT.
9. Payments are only accepted via Paypal invoice for tax documentation. No acceptions.

Failure to abide by these terms will result in a permanent blacklist.
